This shoot still gives me goosebumps when I look back at the photos. Ever single vendor that contributed to this shoot made this vision Meagan and I had a reality.
Not only are they all extremely talented, but they are amazing to work with, kind and so professional. If you are looking for wedding vendors please check out these ladies that I mention below, you will not be disappointed.
I have to start off by talking about Meagan. I am so thankful God had our paths cross. I love her kindness, professionalism, work ethic and amazing talent. You don't have to worry when it comes to your wedding when you book with Meagan because she will make sure she gets the perfect shots no matter the cost. For this shoot Meagan climbed up a giant tree to get these boat shots. She had scrapes all over her legs, but that didn't phase her. She goes above and beyond and you will never regret working with her! All the photos you see below were taken and edited by Meagan Puett Photography.
When Meagan and I planned out this shoot and to get that enchanted vibe we were going for, flowers were a big part of the vision. I reached out to Sarah Schnitzius, the owner of Sarandipity Floral. Sarah is wonderful to work with and has been in floral design for many, many years. She is an expert in her field. She created the perfect bouquet for this shoot along with providing beautiful and fresh flowers for our model's hair. Beyond grateful for the gorgeous bouquet Sarandipity Floral provided for this magical shoot.
So a few month ago I needed my nails done and I couldn't get in with my other nail tech so I started looking for somewhere else to go. When I came across Holly's work, I immediately called and booked with her. Not only did she get me in last minute but she was so professional and beyond talented! On your wedding day your hands are in a lot of pictures. Between ring pictures, bouquet pictures, holding hands, etc. and you want your nails to look their best. Holly uses the latest products, techniques and trends to create works of art on your nails. For this shoot she used real flowers in Emma's nails! She blows my mind! She is now located in Downtown Stuart, in an adorable shop, Albany Downtown. So go and make an appointment with her A.S.A.P.
I need to talk about our model, Emma. For those of you who don't know, Emma is my youngest sister and she is wearing her very own wedding dress from her wedding this past December! Meagan and I wouldn't be able to do our shoots without her. Emma is always available and supportive of our ideas. She is such a natural and never needs guidance so that makes our job so very easy. Our pictures wouldn't look as good without her, so for that, we are thankful!
As for the hair and makeup, when Meagan sent me the inspiration for our shoot, I immediately felt that everything needed to come off enchanted and romantic. Yes, you can provoke those feelings through hair and makeup. I knew I wanted her skin to look flawless and highlighted. With the eye look I wanted it smokey in the outer corner and under her lash line to really frame her eyes. The eyes in my opinion need to stand out in wedding photos. Now, the hair, this is by far my absolute favorite hair look I probably have ever created! From the curls, to the framing around her face, to the different braids and the flowers. Everything in the hair makes me goo-goo eyed.
It took a dream team to pull off this enchanted-style bridal shoot and a dream team we had. I am so blessed to be able to work with these ladies and to call them friends. If you are in South Florida and need some vendors, look no further!
